Be kind to yourself. What do I mean by that? Seeking counseling is a way to tend to one’s own body, mind and spirit. Sharing issues, dilemmas and problems with a trusted counselor can ease one’s mind, help a person to see self-defeating behaviors and provide opportunities for one’s own growth.

As a professionally trained therapist I see my role as a helper and guide who can provide a compassionate, objective viewpoint to my clients. I believe in helping people become self-reliant, self-empowered, responsible and accountable.

I use many therapeutic techniques like existential meaning-of-life therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, reality therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, spirituality and creative art modalities.

Counseling is a gentle path towards growth and self-discovery. Sometimes we find ourselves struggling with everyday issues, or faced with unforeseen challenges, therapy may help you become more self-aware and fulfilled.

Life is but a journey…explore…find balance and harmony…
